Il bonus affitto \u00e8 un contributo a fondo perduto per i proprietari che decidono di ridurre l’affitto agli inquilini e consiste in una riduzione del 50% del canone mensile con un tetto massimo annuo di 1.200 euro per singolo locatore.

Requisiti:<\/strong>
Riguarda le locazioni di edifici destinati ad uso residenziale: tra i requisiti, \u00e8 previsto che la propriet\u00e0 debba essere ubicata in un comune ad alta densit\u00e0 abitativa<\/a>, e deve essere la residenza principale dell’inquilino.

Esempio:<\/strong>
Per il locatario \u00e8 prevista una riduzione sul canone mensile pari ad un importo massimo 200\u20ac che equivale ad un risparmio mensile di 100 euro per il proprietario dell\u2019abitazione.

Come richiederlo?<\/strong>
Il locatore che intende usufruire del bonus affitto<\/a> dovr\u00e0 comunicare all\u2019Agenzia delle Entrate, sulla relativa piattaforma web, la rinegoziazione del canone di locazione e tutte le informazioni utili all\u2019erogazione del bonus.<\/p>\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
